To apply for membership

Download, print and complete the membership form below.
Please post your completed membership form to any ACACF regional office, along with a cheque for PKR 500 (membership fee) made payable to the Anti Corruption Anti Crime Forum Pakistan. Otherwie, you can submit PKR 500 to the bank account provided below and attach the bank receipt with the form.

Your memberships form will be reviewed and sent to the Secretariat for approval.
You must attend at least one members’ meeting at any one ACACF office to be considered for membership.
You will also be required to attend the annual general meeting held in Lahore.

Membership is subject to approval. Once approved, you will be sent a membership card.

ACACF members are expected to volunteer for Corruption-Crime related events in their communities and provide information about cases of Corruption and Crime where they can. Members in good standing also have voting rights, allowing them to elect ACACF’s Council.
