Types of Prisoners We Are Working For
We are dedicated to securing the release of innocent prisoners who are incarcerated for reasons such as lack of access to bail, financial constraints preventing payment of bail, lack of legal representation, false FIR cases, failure to pay bail or bonds, non-payment of debts or loans, failure to pay fines, and individuals involved in unintentional crimes.
We are providing the following facilities for the rehabilitation of innocent prisoners:
- Availability of a lawyer
- Counseling officer
- Provision of security
- Availability of a safe house
- Travel expenses
- Court fees (bonds, surety fees, etc.)
- Family support for the affected

Where are we getting details of prisoners?
We are collecting data on innocent prisoners by contacting deputy court and jail officers, NGO volunteers, through forms on our website, and references from donors. We are in the process of finalizing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Punjab Prison Department, Government of Punjab, for the “Innocent Prisoners Rescue Program.”
Female Prisoners (Total Number: 1200), Prisoner Children (Total Number: 853), Innocent Prisoners: 90% out of total.

Note 90% of people in prisons are innocent, while the actual criminals are outside.
Sucsess Stories:
Success Story 04
A case of violence against a child maid occurred at the Lahore Cantonment Police Station. The owners falsely accused the child maid of theft in their home.
Success Story 03
The local representatives of a well-known organization, in collaboration with the police, took control of the inheritance belonging to Mohsin Allah. When Mohsin sought help from the police, he was falsely accused of fraud and subjected to persecution.
Success Story 02
Muhammad Din, a resident of Lahore, found himself caught in a distressing situation when he was falsely accused of terrorism and imprisoned by the CTD. The motive behind this unjust act was personal enmity

⦁ Court Fee: 1,000 to 15,000 Rupees
⦁ Surety Bond for Guarantee: 50,000 to 100,000 Rupees
⦁ Certified Document Fees: Approximately 3,000 to 10,000 Rupees
⦁ Loan / Check:
⦁ Payment for Check: 10,000 to 5,000,000 Rupees
⦁ Diyat (Blood Money): 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 Rupees

The ACACF Ramadan Initiative aims to release 1,000 prisoners, of which 70% are Regular Cases and 30% are Special Cases.
Cost Breakdown:
Regular Cases: Rs 50,000 to Rs 300,000
Special Cases: Rs 300,000 to Rs 1,000,000
Total Fund Required: Rs 250,000,000
