Corruption is a major problem in Pakistan, impacting various sectors including the government, judiciary, law enforcement and public services such as police, health, and education, as well as all other departments. This widespread corruption results in illegal actions, criminal negligence, misuse of power, and unethical behavior within public services. Government departments are supposed to operate within the bounds of laws and regulations and serve the public but the public often feel oppressed by the power of government officials and consider themselves helpless.

To address the public’s perception of helplessness and ensure efficiency in government departments, as well as promote a sense of justice and fairness among public services, we propose the establishment of committees at the UC levels nationwide.
The committees will also offer a platform for individuals to report misconduct by government employees with supporting evidence. These reports will be investigated by experts and legal professionals. By promoting public unity and holding government institutions to a higher standard of accountability and performance, these committees aim to deter corruption and promote a renewed emphasis on public service.
